摘　　要：针对老旧燃油燃烧机时效炉污染严重的问题,重新选择了一种燃气燃烧器来适用原有炉型的结构。使燃气烧嘴火焰与燃油烧嘴匹配,在不降低加热功率情况下大大降低了污染物排放,达到国家规定标准。此种改造降低了时效炉的改造成本,使用效果良好,时效温差均匀稳定。Aiming at serious pollution of aging furnace of old fuel combustion engine, a new gas burner is selected to adapt to the original furnace type structure. The flame of gas burner is matched with the fuel oil burner, which greatly reduces the pollutant emission without reducing the heating power, and satisfies the requirements of national standard. The reformation cost of the furnace is reduced, the application effect is good, and the temperature difference of aging is uniform and stable.
