摘  要:随着智能制造时代的到来,在传统劳动密集型产业转型升级之际,企业对服装智能化技术人才的需求愈加急切。本文通过探索服装工程智能化技术技能型人才培养模式,旨在寻求一条校企共育、科创并举,满足智能制造企业人才需求的创新发展的道路,构建以岗位需求能力培养为主线的技术技能型人才培养模式,实现学校的专业链与区域经济社会、智能服装产业链的对接,提升学校专业与行业产业的符合度、依存度和共享度,进而提高专业建设和人才培养的社会满意度。同时总结我校服装工程专业智能化技术技能型人才培养改革的经验,为其他高校服装专业转型发展提供借鉴和参考。With the advent of the era of intelligent manufacturing and the upgrading of traditional labor-intensive industries,the demand for garment intelligent technical personnel is becoming more and more urgent.The purpose of this paper is to explore the training mode of intelligent technical skilled talents in garment engineering under the background of intelligent manufacturing,and to seek a path for the innovative development of co-education between schools and enterprises,science and technology,and innovation,so as to meet the needs of talents in intelligent manufacturing enterprises,to construct the training mode of technical and technical talents based on the ability of post demand,and to realize the connection of the professional chain of the school with the regional economic and social chain and the intelligent garment industry chain,to improve the degree of conformity,dependence and sharing between school majors and industries,and to improve the degree of social satisfaction of specialty construction and personnel training.At the same time,it summarizes the experience of the reform of training intelligent technical talents in our college,and provides reference for other colleges.
