摘　　要：苗圃管理作为林业发展和建设的一项重要工作内容,它是林苗资源的主要渠道。如何运用科学合理地管理方法增强苗圃管理能力,是当前应当着重思考的问题。本文从苗圃建设的相关因素谈起,列举了当前苗圃管理的主要问题,提出了一系列的苗圃管理措施,以期望能提升当前的苗圃管理水平,促进林业事业的可持续发展。As an important work content of forestry development and construction,nursery management is the main channel of forest seedling resources.How to use scientific and reasonable management methods to enhance the ability of nursery management is a problem we should focus on at present.This study starts from the relevant factors of nursery construction,lists the main problems of current nursery management and puts forward some nursery management measures,hoping to further improve the current nursery management level and promote the sustainable development of forestry.
