摘  要:通过研究2017年秋季覆盖海口湾20个站位的水采浮游植种类及其群落特征,共鉴定浮游植物6门54属123种(包括变种),种类主要以硅藻为主。调查期间浮游植物数量较高,平均为106.89×10^(3) cells·L^(-1)。细胞丰度表层大于底层,东部大于西部。浮游植物优势种有中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)、东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiensis)和海链藻未知种(Thalassiosira sp.)。调查期间,共发现赤潮生物41种,主要赤潮生物是中肋骨条藻和东海原甲藻。Phytoplankton species and community characteristics were studied based on the data of Haikou Bay samples from 20 stations in autumn of 2017,123 species(including variety)which belong to 54 genera of 6 phyla were identified,and most of the species were diatom.In the bay,the number of phytoplankton was high during the survey period,with mean value reaching 106.89×10^(3)cells·L^(-1).The average abundance was higher in the surface than that in the bottom,and in the east was higher than the west.The dominant phytoplankton species were Skeletonema costatum,Prorocentrum donghaiensis and Thalassiosira sp..In total,41 species of red tide organisms were found,including Skeletonema costatum and Prorocentrum donghaiensis.
