摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活水平的提升,农业生产经营模式的转变,农产品质量监管工作受到人们的广泛关注,通过分析农产品质量安全监管过程中存在质量安全意识不强、监管体系不健全、检测能力不足等问题,提出从源头、建设、市场、检测等方面加强监管力度,建立健全农产品安全监管体系,构筑农产品质量安全屏障,以便更好保障人们食品安全,推进农业生产可持续发展,为国家的战略部署提供强有力的支持。In recent years,with the improvement of people's living standard and the change of agricultural production and management mode,the quality supervision of agricultural products has attracted people's attention.By analyzing the problems existing in the process of agricultural product quality and safety supervision,such as weak awareness of quality and safety,imperfect supervision system and insufficient detection ability,this paper puts forward strengthening supervision from the aspects of source,construction,market and detection,establishing and perfecting agricultural product safety supervision system and constructing agricultural product quality and safety barrier,in order to guarantee people's food safety and promote the sustainable development of agricultural production,and provide strong support for the country's strategic deployment.
