盆底治疗在慢性盆腔炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底治疗在慢性盆腔炎治疗中的应用与疗效。方法选择80慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施盆底治疗,对比两组治疗效果、炎性因子水平及治疗相关指标。结果治疗前,两组炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白带白细胞转阴时间、病灶消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底治疗在慢性盆腔炎中的应用,可缩短患者白带白细胞转阴时间、病灶消失时间,降低血清炎症因子水平,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the application and efficacy of pelvic floor therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and a research group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given pelvic floor therapy on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects,inflammatory factor levels,and treatment-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 72.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of leucorrhea leukocyte turning negative and the disappearance time of lesions in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor therapy in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can shorten the time of leucorrhea and leukocytes turning negative and the time of lesion disappearance,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
