B型超声引导下妇科手术与传统取环术在绝经后女性取环中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的分析比较B型超声引导下妇科手术与传统取环术在绝经后女性取环中的应用效果,探讨最佳取环手术方案。方法选取160例绝经后取环女性患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组80例。对照组采取传统取环术,研究组采取B型超声引导下妇科手术,比较两组效果。结果研究组一次性取环成功率高于对照组,手术时间、术后阴道出血时间、术后疼痛时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及意外事件发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在绝经后取环女性患者中应用B型超声引导下妇科手术的取环效果优于传统取环术,可提高一次性取环成功率,缩短手术操作时间,减少出血量,同时还可减轻机体疼痛程度,降低意外事件发生风险,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze and compare the application efect of B-mode ultrasound-guided gynecological surgery and traditional ring removal in postmenopausal women,and to explore the best surgical plan for ring removal.Methods A total of 160 postmenopausal female patients with circumcision were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group by drawing lots,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional ring removal,and the study group was treated with B-mode ultrasound-guided gynecological surgery.The treatment conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one-time ring removal in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the operation time,postoperative vaginal bleeding time,and postoperative pain time were shorter than those in the control group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the incidence of accidental events were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of B-mode ultrasound-guided gynecological surgery in postmenopausal female patients is better than that of traditional ring removal,which can improve the success rate of one-time ring removal,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss,and reduce the risk of bleeding.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
