经阴道超声联合经腹部超声检查对妇科急腹症的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声联合经腹部超声检查对妇科急腹症的诊断价值。方法选择100例妇科急腹症患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行经阴道超声检查、经腹部超声检查、联合超声检查,以病理诊断结果作为金标准,评价3种检查结果。结果100例患者病理检测结果为10例(10.00%)卵巢囊肿蒂扭转,30例(30.00%)急性盆腔炎,15例(15.00%)黄体破裂,45例(45.00%)异位妊娠。经腹部超声检查检出率为75.00%,经阴道超声检查检出率为83.00%,联合超声检查检出率为97.00%,联合超声检查检出率高于其他2种,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经腹部超声检查与病理诊断符合率为82.66%(62/75),经阴道超声检查与病理诊断符合率为89.15%(74/83),联合超声检查与病理诊断符合率为96.90%(94/97),联合超声检查符合率高于其他2种,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声联合经腹部超声检查相比于单种超声检测方式,检出率更高,检测结果相符率更高,可减少患者的漏诊、误诊情况,可为患者的诊断、治疗提供借鉴作用。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods A total of 100 gynecological patients with acute abdomen were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonography,transabdominal ultrasonography,and combined ultrasonography.The pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard to evaluate the results of the three examinations.Results The pathological test results of 100 patients were 10 cases(10.00%)ovarian cyst torsion,30 cases(30.00%)acute pelvic inflammatory disease,15 cases(15.00%)corpus luteum rupture,and 45 cases(45.00%)ectopic pregnancy.The detection rate of transabdominal ultrasonography was 75.00%,the detection rate of transvaginal ultrasonography was 83.00%,and the detection rate of combined ultrasonography was 97.00%,the detection rate of combined ultrasound was higher than the other two,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis was 82.66%(62/75),the coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis was 89.15%(74/83),and the coincidence rate of combined ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis was 96.90%(94/97),the coincidence rate of combined ultrasound was higher than the other two,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single ultrasound detection method,transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound has higher detection rate and higher coincidence rate of detection results,which can reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of patients,and can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
