摘  要:研究了某钢铁公司Q235钢铸坯中心裂纹问题,通过优化拉速、二冷制度、拉矫压力等工艺参数,使铸坯的中心裂纹得到基本解决,杜绝了低倍1.0级以上缺陷的发生,满足了转炉出钢直上,铸机无电搅的情况下,高拉速生产Q235钢的条件。拉速从2.5m/min提高至3.0m/min,铸坯低倍质量良好,满足了高拉速生产下的质量需要。The center crack problem of Q235 steel billet in a steel company was studied. The center crack of the billet was basically solved by optimizing the drawing speed, the secondary cooling system, the tension setting pressure. The occurrence of center crack defects above grade 1.0 was eliminated. The condition of producing Q235 steel with high drawing speed is satisfied under the condition that the converter is straight up and there is no M-EMS in the casting machine. When the casting speed is increased from 2.5 m/min to 3.0 m/min, the quality of cast billet at high speed is good, which meets the quality needs under the high pull-down speed production.
