摘  要:安阳钢铁周口钢铁公司普通棒材和高速棒材生产线的两座蓄热式加热炉在投产之后存在炉膛压力过高的问题,经过分析找到了造成炉压过高的原因,针对性的采取了一系列有效措施,解决了两座蓄热式加热炉炉膛压力过高的问题,取得了良好效果。The two regenerative heating furnaces of the ordinary bar and high-speed bar production line in Anyang Iron and Steel Zhoukou Iron and Steel Company have the problem of excessive furnace pressure after being put into operation. After analysis, the cause of the excessive pressure of the furnace is found. A series of effective measures have been taken in a targeted manner, and practiced in the production process, which has solved the problem of excessive pressure in the furnace chambers of the two regenerative heating furnaces, and achieved certain good results.
