中药内外合治勃起功能障碍肾阳虚型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内外合治勃起功能障碍肾阳虚型的疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例。观察组给予口服右归丸及穴位贴敷神阙及关元穴。对照组给予右归丸口服。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组IIEF-5评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药内外合治勃起功能障碍肾阳虚证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine on erectile dysfunction of kidney yang deficiency type.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The observation group were given oral Yougui Pill and acupoint application at acupoint Shenque and acupoint Guanyuan while the control group were given Yougui Pill orally.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The IIEF-5 scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Chinese medicine internal and external treatment of erectile dysfunction of kidney yang deficiency syndrome is good.
