芒硝外敷联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芒硝外敷联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎(Acute pancreatitis,AP)的临床疗效。方法:50例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各25例。两组均在规范治疗基础上用生长抑素,观察组加用芒硝外敷。结果:两组治疗后AMY、CRP、ALB、NLR均下降,观察组较同期对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:芒硝外敷联合生长抑素治疗AP疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application of mirabilite combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with somatostatin on the basis of standardized treatment,and the observation group were treated with external application of mirabilite in addition.Results:After treatment,AMY,CRP,ALB and NLR decreased in both groups,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of mirabilite combined with somatostatin is effective in treating AP.
