茵栀黄口服液联合熊去氧胆酸片治疗胎黄湿热蕴蒸证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察茵栀黄口服液联合熊去氧胆酸片治疗胎黄湿热蕴蒸证的疗效。方法:62例随机分为观察组及对照组各31例。两组均给予熊去氧胆酸片口服,观察组加用茵栀黄口服液治疗。结果:观察组胆红素水平降低速度快于对照组(P<0.05)、总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:茵栀黄口服液联合熊去氧胆酸片治疗胎黄效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with ursodeoxycholic acid tablets in the treatment of fetal jaundice with damp-heat accumulation steaming syndrome.Methods:Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,31 cases in each.Both groups were given oral ursodeoxycholic acid tablets,and the observation group were additionally treated with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid.Results:The decrease of bilirubin level in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with ursodeoxycholic acid tablets is effective in the treatment of fetal jaundice.
