岭南火针经筋结点治疗顽固性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察岭南火针经筋结点治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:43例随机分为观察组21例与对照组22例。对照组给予常规电针,观察组给予岭南火针治疗。结果:总有效率观察组95.2%、对照组59.1%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:岭南火针经筋结点治疗顽固性面瘫较常规针刺疗效好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lingnan fire needle in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis.Methods:Forty-three cases were randomly divided into observation group(21 cases)and control group(22 cases).The control group were given conventional electroacupuncture,while the observation group were treated with Lingnan fire needle.Results:The total effective rate was 95.2%in the observation group and 59.1%in the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lingnan fire needle tendon node treatment of intractable facial paralysis is better than conventional acupuncture.
