摘　　要：目的 观察肥胖2型糖尿病患者行健脾化痰汤治疗的临床疗效及对BMI、FBG的影响分析。方法 将2018年5月—2020年5月上杭县中医院收治的60例肥胖2型糖尿病患者纳入研究对象,以随机数表法分成两组各30例。开展常规降糖药物治疗为对照组,以健脾化痰汤联合降糖药物治疗为研究组。比较两组治疗前、后的血糖指标(空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖)、身体指标(体质指数、腰围)与中医症状积分,并判定临床治疗疗效。结果 在治疗后两组血糖指标、身体指标与中医症状积分较治疗前明显下降,其中研究组下降程度更明显,在降糖疗效及减肥疗效的评价上总有效率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在肥胖2型糖尿病患者中,以健脾化痰汤治疗,可明显的改善患者相关指标,改善症状,获得较好的治疗有效率,效果理想。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Huatan Decoction in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on BMI and FBG.Methods A total of 60 obese patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Shanghang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were included in the study.Divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional hypoglycemic drugs,and the study group was treated with Jianpi Huatan Decoction combined with hypoglycemic drugs.The blood glucose indicators(fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose),physical indicators(body mass index,waist circumference)and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.And the clinical efficacy of treatment was determined.Results After treatment,blood glucose indexes,physical indexes and TCM symptom scores in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment.Among them,the degree of decline in the research group was more obvious,and the total effective rate was higher in the evaluation of hypoglycemic efficacy and weight loss efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,Jianpi Huatan Decoction can significantly improve the patient´s relevant indicators,improve symptoms,and obtain better treatment efficiency with ideal effect.
