达格列净和西格列汀治疗超重及肥胖2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性对比

摘　　要：目的 探究超重及肥胖2型糖尿病患者接受达格列净和西格列汀治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年6月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的超重及肥胖2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组应用西格列汀治疗,观察组应用达格列净+西格列汀治疗,对比两组治疗效果,评估指标包含血糖水平、不良反应发生率、体质量、腰围以及体质指数。结果 治疗前,两组患者血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血糖指标均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组体质量、腰围以及体质指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超重及肥胖2型糖尿病患者于治疗期间应用达格列净、西格列汀治疗均具有理想的降糖效果,达格列净更能有效降低患者体质量以及腰围,减少不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dapagliflozin and sitagliptin in overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sitagliptin,and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin+sitagliptin.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the evaluation indicators included blood glucose level,incidence of adverse reactions,body weight,waist circumference and body mass index.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,blood glucose indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The body weight,waist circumference and body mass index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin and sitagliptin have ideal hypoglycemic effect in overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes during treatment.Dapagliflozin is more effective in reducing patient body weight and waist circumference,reduce adverse reactions.
