长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的 探析长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的效果和安全性。方法 选择2019年10月—2020年10月七台河市人民医院收治的120例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组(采取口服降糖药治疗)和观察组(长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗),各60例,治疗3个月后对两组的治疗总有效情况、血糖指标、尿微量蛋白、并发症发生情况、生活质量评分进行比较。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率、GQOLI74评分高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量蛋白、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用长效胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病效果显著,可将患者的各项指标控制在更为合理的范围内,减少并发症的发生风险,对提升患者的生活质量具有积极的意义。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of long-acting insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Qitaihe People´s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(treatment with oral hypoglycemic drugs)and observation group(treatment with long-acting insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs),60 patients in each group.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective treatment,blood glucose indexes,urine microprotein,complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and GQOLI74 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,urine microprotein,and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of long-acting insulin combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs in the treatment of type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,which can control the patient´s various indicators within a more reasonable range,reduce the risk of complications,and has positive significance for improving the quality of life of patients.
