抗VEGF药物加激光光凝对糖尿病黄斑水肿的治疗作用分析

摘　　要：目的 探究激光光凝结合抗VEGF药物在治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿中的实际效果。方法 通过回顾性分析江苏省淮安市淮安医院2020年4月—2022年4月收治糖尿病患者,根据纳排标准选择了72例黄斑水肿患者作为观察研究对象。将其随机、平均分为观察组与对照组。分别采取抗VEGF药物加激光光凝、单纯激光光凝治疗。对比分析两组患者的BCVA、CFT、RNV、MA、HE面积指标。结果 观察组患者的RNA、MA水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但HE面积组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的BCVA明显高于对照组,CFT明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对糖尿病黄斑水肿,通过抗VEGF药物结合激光光凝治疗,不仅可以改善患者黄斑水肿状态,也能提升视力水平,值得推广和普及。Objective To explore the actual effect of laser photocoagulation combined with anti-VEGF drugs in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.Methods A retrospective analysis of the diabetic patients admitted to Huai´an Hospital of Huai´an City,Jiangsu Province from april 2020 to aoril 2022 was conducted.According to the inclusion and row criteria,72 patients with macular edema were selected as observational subjects.They were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group.Anti-VEGF drugs plus laser photocoagulation and laser photocoagulation alone were used respectively.The area indexes of BCVA,CFT,RNV,MA,and HE were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of RNA and MA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the area of HE between the two group(P>0.05).The BCVA of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the CFT was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic macular edema,anti-VEGF drugs combined with laser photocoagulation can not only improve the macular edema status of patients,but also improve the visual acuity,which is worthy of promotion and popularization.
