阿托伐他汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析早期糖尿病肾病(diabetes nephropathy,DN)患者治疗中采用阿托伐他汀用药方案的效果。方法 于2019年5月—2022年5月选取滕州市工人医院治疗的66例早期DN患者为研究对象,通过双盲法分为对比用药组(33例,格列喹酮)与阿托伐他汀用药组(33例,格列喹酮+阿托伐他汀)。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 治疗后,阿托伐他汀用药组早期DN患者肾功能指标、血脂指标、糖化血红蛋白低于对比用药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阿托伐他汀用药组早期DN患者用药安全同对比用药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 早期DN患者接受阿托伐他汀用药方案后,临床效果显著,对于肾功能、血脂等多项指标具有明显的作用效果。Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin regimen in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods From May 2019 to May 2022,66 patients with early DN treated in Tengzhou Workers´Hospital were selected as the research objects.By double-blind method,they were divided into the control group(33 cases,gliquidone)and the atorvastatin group(33 cases,gliquidone+atorvastatin).The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the renal function indexes,blood lipid indexes and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with early DN in the atorvastatin group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the drug safety of patients with early DN in the atorvastatin group(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin is significant in patients with early DN after receiving the atorvastatin drug regimen,and it has obvious effects on renal function,blood lipids and other indicators.
