国家文化公园步道建设的意义、原则与策略——以长城国家文化公园为例

摘　　要：建设国家文化公园是由习近平总书记亲自谋划的重大文化工程,“文化”的主体是人民,“公园”的主人是人民。目前公布的五个国家文化公园中,长城是唯一不可沿其行进的线性文化遗产,现有保护和展示方式有限。基于长城文化遗产保护与利用的法规条例和现状、问题,以及长城国家文化公园建设规划意见,建议在修建复合廊道体系的总体思路下,优先进行长城国家文化公园步道系统建设,打造连接人民与文物和文化遗产本体的通道,让游客“走近”长城,增强实地感知和历史体味,探索新时代长城文物和文化资源保护传承利用新路,推进长城国家文化公园建设。The construction of national cultural park isa major cultural project that planned byGeneral Secretary Xi Jinping.The people create the culture,also own the cultural park.Among the five currently promulgated national cultural parks,the Great Wall is the only linear cultural heritage that does not have a continuous path along its existing sites,with limited means of protection and display methods.Based on the laws and regulations,current situation and problems of the protection and utilization of the Great Wall cultural heritage,as well as the construction and protection plan of the Great Wall national cultural park,it is suggested that under the general idea of building a composite corridor system,promoting trail system constructions of the Great Wall national cultural parkshould be given priority.It could createthe channel of connecting people with cultural relics and cultural heritages,allow tourists approaching to the Great Wall,enhancing their field perception and historical experience.In the new era,to promote the construction of the Great Wall national cultural park,more efforts should be made toexploreunique ways for further protection,inheritance and utilization of the Great Wall cultural relics and cultural resources.
