摘　　要：农商关系是一个古老话题。重农或重商传统与区域发展关系密切。在中国总体重农大传统的背景下,地方的多样性和复杂性形成了地域性重商小传统。在梳理大传统、小传统的基础上,理解耿车重商小传统与耿车模式及其绿色转型。耿车货郎担经营的重视市场的特点促成了耿车模式的形成,但耿车重商小传统内重视商贸而忽视技艺的特点,使其废旧塑料加工技术推进有限,注重短期利益的特点造成环境污染。在“铁腕治污”环境规制背景下,废旧塑料行业被迫取消。重商小传统中的开放性特点,使得生产者善于向外界学习。部分企业探索电子商务,进而发展了以家具制造电子商务为特色产业的新耿车模式,从而完成了废旧塑料回收加工行业的环境转型。随着现代化的推进,工商传统正在替代农本传统成为主流,并在工商文明中嵌入绿色生态文化。The relationship between agriculture and commerce is an old topic.The tradition of valuing agriculture or commerce is closely related to regional development.In the context of China’s overall great tradition of valuing agriculture,the diversity and complexity of localities have formed regional small tradition of mercantilism.On the basis of sorting out big and small traditions,we can understand the emphasis on small traditions of Gengche and the green transformation of Gengche model.The market-oriented characteristics of Gengche’s business have contributed to the formation of the Gengche model.However,the characteristics of Gengche’s small tradition of focusing on business and ignoring skills have limited the advancement of waste plastics processing technology.Its characteristics of focusing on short-term interests also cause environmental pollution.In the context of“iron-fist pollution control”environmental regulations,the waste plastics industry was forced to cancel.The openness in the small merchandising tradition makes producers good at learning from the outside world.Some enterprises have explored e-commerce,and then developed the new Gengche model with furniture manufacturing e-commerce as the characteristic industry,thus completing the environmental transformation of the waste plastic recycling and processing industry.With the advancement of modernization,the industrial and commercial traditions are replacing the agricultural tradition as the mainstream,and green ecological culture is embedded in the industrial and commercial civilization.
