摘　　要：“坚持人民至上”是我们党取得历史性成就的宝贵经验之一,深刻阐明了我们党的价值追求、动力来源、奋斗目标和评判标准,有着丰富的理论内涵和实践意义。在向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的关键时期,我们要深刻认识和把握“坚持人民至上”的历史经验,保持党和人民群众的血肉联系,从马克思主义唯物史观出发,站稳人民立场,尊重人民主体地位,坚持全社会共享发展,坚持由人民来评判工作成效,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴夯实群众基础。"Putting the people first"was summarized as one of the valuable experiences of our party’s historic achievements,which profoundly clarified our party’s value orientation,sources of power,goals,and judgment standards.It has rich theoretical connotation and practical significance.In the critical period of achieving the second centenary goal,we must deeply understand and grasp the historical experience of"putting the people first",maintain the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the people,proceed from the Marxist historical materialism,stand firm on the people’s stand,and respect the people’s dominant position,adhere to the shared development of the whole society,insist on the people to judge the effectiveness of work,and consolidate the mass foundation for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the nation.
