摘 要:以一台六相12/10结构开关磁阻电机为研究对象,分析了绕组反串连接的互感式开关磁阻电机(MCSRM)的电感特性和转矩特性,提出了提升输出转矩、减小转矩脉动的励磁模式。将公式法和冻结磁导率法分别用于铁芯不饱和与饱和状态,将总输出转矩分解为自感转矩和互感转矩两部分。对两种互感式绕组连接方式下六相样机的自感转矩、互感转矩波形进行了比较,得出导通宽度及铁芯饱和度对转矩波形有显著影响。特定励磁模式下,互感转矩平均值近似达到自感转矩的52%,有助于提高平均输出转矩,降低转矩脉动。最后,使用LCR测量仪测量绕组顺串及反串连接下不同位置角对应的电感,构成实测电感曲线,并使用转矩传感器测量不同励磁电流下的转矩实测曲线。实验结果与有限元仿真结果吻合,体现了理论分析的正确性。With a six-phase 12/10 SRM as the research object,a mutually coupled switched reluctance motor(MCSRM)using reverse connection phase winding was studied,and the inductance and torque characteristics of the MCSRM were analyzed.The excitation mode conducive to improving the output torque and reducing the torque ripple was proposed.The formula method and the frozen permeability method were used in the core unsaturated and saturated states,respectively,to decompose the total output torque into two parts:self-inductive torque and mutual inductive torque.Comparing the self-inductive torque and mutual inductive torque waveform of the six-phase prototype under two mutually coupled winding connection modes,conduction width and core saturation had significant influence on the torque waveform.The average value of mutual inductance torque reached approximately 52%of self-inductance torque in some specific excitation mode,which helped to improve the average output torque and reduce torque ripple.Finally,the LCR measurer was used to measure the inductance values corresponding to different position angles with winding in series and reverse connection types,then the measured inductance curve was constructed.Torque sensors were used to measure torque curves under different excitation currents.The experimental results were consistent with the finite element simulation results,which showed the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
