摘 要:针对LNG动力集装箱船燃料释放冷能较多且未被利用的问题,设计一套将LNG冷能用于冷藏集装箱系统、船舶冷库和空调系统的LNG冷能梯级利用方案,采用Aspen HYSYS软件对系统进行流程模拟,得到关键节点的主要参数;通过计算,得到整个系统和主要设备的[火用]效率,并以提高整个系统的[火用]效率为目标,各用冷系统的[火用]效率为依据,分析影响各用冷系统[火用]效率的关键参数,进而对整个系统进行优化,得到最佳的运行参数。结果表明,冷媒进口温度的升高可以提高冷藏集装箱系统的[火用]效率;降低冷媒的进口温度可以提高船舶冷库和空调系统的[火用]效率,优化后的整个系统的[火用]效率达到27.61%,较优化前提高了4.61%。Aiming at the problem that the fuel of LNG powered container ship releases more cold energy and was not used, a set of LNG cold energy cascade utilization scheme was designed to use LNG cold energy in refrigerated container system, ship cold storage and air conditioning system. Aspen HYSYS software was used to simulate the system process, and obtain the main parameters of key nodes. By calculation, the exergy efficiency of whole system and main equipment was obtained, and aimed at improving the efficiency of whole system and based on the exergy efficiency of each cooling system, the key parameters affecting the efficiency of each cooling system were analyzed, and then the whole system was optimized to obtain the best operating parameters. The results show that the increase of the refrigerant inlet temperature can improve the exergy efficiency of the reefer container system, the reduction of the refrigerant inlet temperature can improve the exergy efficiency of the ship’s cold storage and air-conditioning system, after optimization, the exergy efficiency of the whole system reaches 27.61%, which is 4.61% higher than that before optimization.
