摘　　要：针对两段式煤气发生炉现有的加料装置落点单一而造成的偏炉运行情况,研究和升级了加料斗和煤气炉之间的控制装置,设计了一种能够在加料过程中实现多点均匀布料的装置,实现了控制空层均匀稳定、煤层均匀、生产控制参数稳定,得到更大产量的高热值煤气。对比分析安装均匀布料装置前后煤气发生炉的空层、煤气热值和燃烧状态发现,应用两段式煤气发生炉均匀布料装置,能够更好地稳定生产参数控制,并生产出更多的高热值煤气。This paper aims at the partial operation of the existing feeding device of the two-stage gas producer caused by the single drop point.The control device between the charging bucket and the gas stove has been studied and upgraded.A device that can realize multi-point uniform distribution in the feeding process is designed to control the uniformity and stability of empty layer,coal seam and production control parameters,so as to obtain higher output of high calorific value gas.By comparing and analyzing the empty layer,gas calorific value and combustion state of the gas producer before and after the installation of the uniform distribution device,it is found that the application of the uniform distribution device of the two-stage gas producer can better stabilize the control of production parameters and produce more high calorific value gas.
