摘　　要：为了解2021年新疆部分地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)抗体水平,以期为该病的科学防控提供参考,研究采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对来自4个地区12个规模化猪场382份猪血清进行PRRSV抗体检测。结果显示,PRRSV抗体平均阳性率为80.10%(306/382),高于国家规定标准(70.0%),S/P的平均值为(0.579±0.306),变异系数为82.98%;4个地区的PRRSV抗体平均阳性率均高于国家标准;75%(9/12)的养殖场PRRSV抗体阳性率达到国家标准,50%(6/12)的养殖场PRRSV抗体的变异系数较低。结果表明,新疆部分地区规模化猪场的PRRSV整体免疫效果较好,个别养殖场的PRRSV免疫效果较差,需要调整和完善现有的免疫程序,进一步加强PRRSV的免疫防控。To understand the antibody level of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)in some areas of Xinjiang in 2021,so as to provide reference for scientific prevention and control of the disease.In this study,382 pig sera collected from 12 large-scale pig farms in 4 regions were detected for PRRSV antibody by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the average positive rate of PRRSV antibodies was 80.10%(306/382),which was higher than the national standard(70%),and the mean value of S/P was(0.579±0.306)with the coefficient of variation of 82.98%.The average positive rates of PRRSV antibody in these four regions were all higher than the national standard;the positive rate of PRRSV antibody in 75%(9/12)farms reached the national standard,and the coefficient of variation of PRRSV antibody in 50%(6/12)farms was low.It indicated that the overall immunization effect of PRRSV in large-scale pig farms in some areas of Xinjiang is good,but the immunization effect of PRRSV in some farms is poor.It was necessary to adjust the current immunization procedures,and further strengthen the immunization prevention and control of PRRSV.
