摘　　要：世博文化中心位于上海世博会浦东园区的核心区域,整个建筑围绕主场馆演出空间设置相关的文化娱乐衍生功能,形成大型的、独特的文化娱乐集聚区。文化中心力求营造大众、高雅、时尚的文化氛围,激发整个园区的动感活力。在更趋理性的和谐城市建设背景下,世博文化中心建筑创作追求功能、形态和结构体系的内在逻辑性和与滨江环境的协调。The Expo Culture Center is located in the core area of Shanghai World Expo Pudong Park.The entire building is designed with related cultural and entertainment derivative features around the performance space of the main venue,forming a large and unique cultural and entertainment gathering area.The Culture Center attempts to appear popular,elegant and fashionable to stimu-late the dynamic vitality of the entire Park.Under the background of rational and harmonious urban construction,the architectural creation of the Expo Culture Center pursues the intrinsic logicality of function,form and structural system and the coordination with the riverside environment.
