摘　　要：ICD-9-CM-3中刮宫术根据操作方式分为子宫扩张刮宫术(69.0)和抽吸刮宫术(69.5),其下细目根据操作目的进一步区分为:用于终止妊娠的刮宫术(69.01和69.51)、用于分娩后或流产后的刮宫术(69.02和69.52)、用于疾病诊断与治疗的刮宫术(69.09和69.59)。刮宫术的手术编码取决于术式和目的,术式的判断需要看是否使用了吸管,目的体现在诊断和病情发展治疗过程中,为终止妊娠的刮宫术操作前没有排胎,分娩后或流产后的刮宫术操作前有排胎,疾病的诊断或治疗性刮宫结合术式有诊断性扩宫刮宫术、治疗性扩宫刮宫术、诊断性抽吸刮宫术、治疗性抽吸刮宫术4种,编码时除看手术记录外还需要分析诊断,查看病程记录,了解ICD-9-CM-3的特殊分类规则等。According to ICD-9-CM-3,uterus curettage is categorized into dilation and curettage of uterus(69.0)and aspiration curettage of uterus(69.5)based on operation methods.Based on the operation purposes,the detailed catalogues are further divided into dilation and curettage for termination of pregnancy(69.01and 69.51),dilation and curettage following delivery or abortion(69.02 and 69.52),and other dilation and curettage diagnostic D and C(69.09 and 69.59).Operation coding of uterus curettage is decided by the operation methods and purposes.Determination of operation methods is based on whether tube is used.Operation purposes depends on whether embryos are discharged.Disease diagnosis or therapeutic uterus curettage are classified as diagnostic dilation and curettage of uterus,therapeutic dilation and curettage of uterus,diagnostic uterine suction curettage and therapeutic uterine suction curettage.Besides checking operation records during the coding process,the coders also need to analyze the diagnosis,check progress note and have a good understanding of the special classification rules of ICD-9-CM-3.
