摘  要:为了研究吉林气候条件下澳洲白绵羊的适应性,试验选择澳洲白绵羊及本地寒杂羊(东北细毛羊×小尾寒羊)各24只,均公母各半,测定在2017年1月份—2018年12月份春、夏、秋、冬四个季节中澳洲白绵羊及本地寒杂羊的行为时间(包括采食、饮水、卧息、反刍、运动、静立及其他行为时间)及生理指标(包括体温、心率、呼吸频率)、精液品质(包括精液量、精子密度、精子活率、精子畸形率、精子顶体完整率)、繁殖性能(包括妊娠次数、妊娠羊数、产羔总数、产活羔数、产双羔数、产羔率、产双羔率、产活羔率),通过比较分析二者差异,以判断澳洲白绵羊是否能适应东北农牧交错地区的生存条件。结果表明:澳洲白羊和本地寒杂羊春季的采食时间、卧息时间、反刍时间显著长于其他季节(P<0.05),但运动时间显著短于其他季节(P<0.05);与澳洲白羊和本地寒杂羊母羊相比,公羊的卧息时间更长(P<0.05),与本地寒杂羊行为学相近。澳洲白绵羊、本地寒杂羊夏季的呼吸频率显著高于其他季节(P<0.05),但四个季节的体温和心率均差异不显著(P>0.05),与本地寒杂羊生理相近。澳洲白绵羊与本地寒杂羊除夏季的精液量显著低于其他季节外(P<0.05),其他精液品质指标在各个季节均差异不显著(P>0.05);澳洲白绵羊的产羔率(136.11%)和产双羔率(36.11%)均低于本地寒杂羊(186.11%,61.11%),但产活羔率(100%)高于本地寒杂羊(85.07%)。说明澳洲白绵羊在东北农牧交错地区具有良好的适应性,具有引种的可行性。In order to study the adaptability of Australian white sheep in Jilin climate, 24 Australian white sheep and 24 local Han hybrid sheep(Dongbei fine-wool sheep × small-tail Han sheep) were selected in the experiment.Both groups are evenly split between males and females.In spring, summer, autumn and winter, the behavior time(including feeding, drinking, lying down, ruminating, movement, standing still and other behavior time) and physiological indexes(including body temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate), semen quality indexes(including semen quantity, sperm density, sperm viability, sperm deformity rate, and sperm acrosome integrity rate), reproductive performance indexes(including pregnancies number, pregnancy sheep number, total number of lambs born, number of lambs born alive, number of lambs born twice, lambs born rate, rate of lambs born twice and rate of lambs born alive) were detected in Australian white sheep and local Han hybrid sheep.Through comparing and analyzing the differences between the two, the experiment could judge whether the Australian white sheep can adapt to the living conditions in the northeast farming and pastoral transitional area. The results showed that the feeding time, resting time and ruminating time of Australian white sheep and local Han hybrid sheep in spring were significantly longer than those in other seasons(P<0.05), but the exercise time was significantly shorter than that in other seasons(P<0.05). Compared with the ewes of Australian white sheep and local Han hybrid, the sleeping time of ram was longer(P<0.05), and the behavior of ram was similar to that of local Han hybrid sheep. The respiration rate of Australian white sheep and local Han hybrid sheep in summer was significantly higher than that in other seasons(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in body temperature and heart rate among four seasons(P>0.05).The Australian white sheep was physiologically similar to the local Han hybrid sheep.
