摘 要:为了研究1日龄清远麻鸡快慢羽参数与羽毛发育和生长性状之间的相关性,试验随机选取1日龄清远麻鸡快羽公母雏各80只,慢羽公母雏各80只,测定出雏时快慢羽参数(主翼羽长、覆主翼羽长、羽长均值和羽长差)、42日龄和110日龄时的体重和冠高及110日龄时的背部干毛率和翅膀干毛数,分析清远麻鸡快慢羽性状和性别与羽毛发育及生长性能之间的相关性。结果表明:快羽系的主翼羽长、羽长均值和翅膀干毛数都极显著高于慢羽系(P<0.01),而快羽系的覆主翼羽长极显著低于慢羽系(P<0.01),羽长差显著低于慢羽系(P<0.05);母鸡的覆主翼羽长和背部干毛率均极显著高于公鸡(P<0.01),羽长均值和羽长差显著高于公鸡(P<0.05);快羽母鸡的翅膀干毛数极显著高于慢羽公母鸡(P<0.01),快羽公鸡的翅膀干毛数极显著高于慢羽母鸡(P<0.01);快羽公鸡的翅膀干毛数与主翼羽长和背部干毛率具有显著正相关关系(P<0.05),与覆主翼羽长和羽长均值都呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01);慢羽公鸡的翅膀干毛数与覆主翼羽长和羽长均值都具有显著负相关关系(P<0.05);快羽母鸡的羽长差与背部干毛率具有显著正相关关系(P<0.05),慢羽母鸡羽长差与110日龄冠高具有显著负相关关系(P<0.05)。说明可以通过对主翼羽长、覆主翼羽长和羽长均值的正向选择提高快羽清远麻鸡上市时的羽毛成熟度,而通过对覆主翼羽长和羽长均值的反向选择提高慢羽清远麻鸡上市时的羽毛成熟度。To evaluate associations of day-old feather phenotypes with feather development and growth traits in Qingyuan partridge chickens, a total of 160 day-old chicks from the slow feathering strain(80 males and 80 females) and 160 day-old chicks from the rapid feathering strain(80 males and 80 females) were randomly selected. Feather parameters including primary feather length(PFL), primary-covert feather length(PCFL), average feather length(AFL), and feather length difference(FLD) were measured as hatched. Body weight and comb height were measured at 42 days(BW42, CH42) and 110 days(BW110, CH110). The percentage of matured feathers of dorsum(MFD), and the number of matured feathers of wing(MFW) were measured at 110 days. Associations of feather phenotypes and sex with feather development and growth traits were estimated.The results showed that PFL, AFL and MFW for rapid feathering strain were higher than those for slow feathering strain(P<0.01), while PCFL(P<0.01) and FLD(P<0.05) for rapid feathering strain were smaller than those for slow feathering strain;PCFL(P<0.01), MFD(P<0.01), AFL(P<0.05), and FLD(P<0.05) for females were higher than those for males;MFW for rapid feathering females was higher than that for slow feathering males and females(P<0.01), and MFW for rapid feathering males was higher than that for slow feathering females(P<0.01);for rapid feathering males, there were positive correlations between MFW and PFL(P<0.05), MFW and MFD(P<0.05), MFW and PCFL(P<0.01), MFW and AFL(P<0.01);for slow feathering males, there were negative correlations between MFW and PCFL(P<0.05), MFW and AFL(P<0.05);for rapid feathering females, there was positive correlation between FLD and MFD(P<0.05);for slow feathering females, there was negative correlation between FLD and CH110(P<0.05). A breeding method can be preliminarily proposed that feather maturity of Qingyuan partridge chickens could be improved by positive selection of PFL, PCFL and AFL for rapid feathering males, while by negative selection of PCFL and AFL for slow
