摘 要:为了查明义龙新区某养牛场牛发病死亡原因,试验采集病牛内脏组织器官及全血样本,通过细菌分离培养鉴定及PCR检测技术对病料进行检测,并对分离菌进行药敏试验。结果表明:从肺脏样品中分离出革兰氏阴性短杆菌,16S rDNA测序分析鉴定为大肠杆菌,药敏试验显示其对硫酸新霉素高敏。全血样本中牛双芽巴贝斯虫核酸检测结果为阳性,而牛支原体、牛巴贝斯虫、牛附红细胞体核酸检测结果均为阴性。说明发病牛感染了牛双芽巴贝斯虫与大肠杆菌。In order to find out the cause of disease and death of cattle in a cattle farm in Yilong New District, the visceral tissue and whole blood samples were collected from the diseased cattle. The diseased materials were detected by bacterial isolation and culture identification and PCR detection technology, and drug sensitivity test was carried out on the isolated bacteria. The results showed that Gram-negative short bacilli were isolated from the lung samples, identified as Escherichia coli by 16 S rDNA sequencing analysis, and the drug sensitivity test showed that it was highly sensitive to neomycin sulfate. The nucleic acid detection of bovine Babesia bigemina in the whole blood sample was positive, while the nucleic acid detection of Mycoplasma bovis, Babesia bovis, bovine Eperythrozoon were all negative. The results suggested that the cattle was infected with bovine Babesia bigemina and Escherichia coli.
