摘　　要：To the Editor:Studies have demonstrated that congenital extrahepatic portosystemic shunt(CEPS)is a serious and life-threatening disease.[1]According to statistics,deformity,infection,liver failure,and failure of other systems are the main causes of death.[2]This article will introduce the pathology,classification,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of CEPS.
