摘　　要：地方高校学报选题策划决定了特色栏目的风格,而特色栏目的建设成效取决于选题策划的科学性。文章从高校学报特色栏目的内涵出发,分析了学报特色栏目建设与传播过程中的现实困境,提出了选题策划应遵循政治性、创新性、针对性、前瞻性、开放性、发展性等基本原则,并从学报选题策划的微观和宏观两方面阐述了推动学报特色栏目可持续发展的现实策略。Topic selection planning decides the style of the characteristic columns of local university journal.The construction achievement of characteristic columns depends on the scientific selection and planning of the topics.This paper,starting from the connotation of university journals characteristic columns,analyzed the dilemma in the process of construction and transmission of characteristic columns.It put forward the basic principles to be followed including being politically correct and innovative,position-relevant and forward looking,open and developing.Meanwhile,this paper expounded the practical strategies of promoting the sustainable development of the characteristic columns of the journal from the micro and macro aspects of topic selection planning.
