中介素与临床相关疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：中介素是新发现的降钙素/降钙素基因相关肽家族小分子,主要与降钙素样受体结合发挥其生物学功能。功能主要包括抑制炎症、抗氧化应激、舒张血管等机体保护效应。目前临床研究显示,中介素在许多临床疾病中不正常表达,参与疾病的发生发展。就目前中介素与冠心病、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)、糖尿病肾病、脓毒症、肿瘤和缺血性脑卒中的相关研究作一综述,以期为临床工作者和研究人员提供对中介素新的认识。Intermedin is a newly discovered small molecule of calcitonin/calcitonin gene-related peptide family,which mainly binds to calcitonin-like receptors to perform its biological functions.The function mainly includes inhibition of inflammation,anti-oxidative stress,vasodilator and other protective effects.At present,clinical studies have shown that intermedin is abnormally expressed in many clinical diseases and participates in the occurrence and development of diseases.In order to provide a new understanding of intermedin for clinical workers and researchers,this paper reviews the current studies on intermedin and coronary heart disease,acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS),diabetic nephropathy,sepsis,tumor and ischemic stroke.
