利用光源温度特性提高直升机用光纤惯导性能的方法

摘  要:标度因数是评价光纤陀螺动态性能优劣的一个重要指标,其误差直接影响光纤陀螺的精度和稳定性。由于热胀冷缩效应陀螺光纤敏感线圈面积与温度呈正相关,因此提出利用光源的温度特性对陀螺标度因数误差进行线性补偿的方法,使得后续光纤敏感线圈的温度补偿效果最佳。实验结果表明:在100℃变化范围(﹣40~+60℃)内,使用该方法后,陀螺标度因数误差由1100ppm减小到620ppm,大大提高了光纤陀螺标度因数的温度稳定性(光纤敏感线圈温度补偿前)。Scale factor is a key indicator for evaluating the dynamic performance of fiber optic gyroscope,its error directly affects the precision and stability of fiber optic gyroscope.Because the area of the gyroscope fiber optic sensing coil is positively related to the temperature due to the thermal expansion and cold contraction effect,a linear compensation method is proposed to compensate the gyroscope scale factor error using the temperature characteristics of the light source,which makes the temperature compensation effect of the subsequent fiber optic sensing coil is the best.The experimental results show that,in the range of 100 ℃ (-40~+60 ℃),the scale factor error of fiber optic gyroscope is reduced from 1100ppm to 620ppm after using this method,which greatly improves the temperature stability of fiber optic gyroscope scale factor(before temperature compensation of fiber optic sensing coil).
