摘 要:针对风洞变频调速系统电磁干扰影响热线风速仪测试精度的问题,通过对风洞现场的电源传导、空间辐射和接地串扰进行测试,确定了风洞变频调速系统干扰热线风速仪的耦合途径。通过仿真分析对比,确定了电磁干扰作用机理,提出了干扰抑制措施,并对抑制措施的有效性进行了测试。测试结果表明,干扰抑制措施有效,能够将电源传导干扰降低50 dB,最终使热线风速仪的测试精度从受干扰前的3%提高到0.2%。Aiming at the problem that the electromagnetic interference of the wind tunnel variable frequency speed regulation system affects the test accuracy of the hot-wire anemometer,the coupling path of the wind tunnel variable frequency speed regulation system interfering with the hot-wire anemometer is determined by testing the power conduction,space radiation and grounding crosstalk in the wind tunnel.Through simulation analysis and comparison,the electromagnetic interference mechanism is determined,the interference suppression measures are proposed,and the effectiveness of the suppression measures is tested.The test results show that the interference suppression measures are effective,which can reduce the conducted interference of the power supply by 50 dB,and finally the measuring accuracy of the hot-wire anemometer is raised from 3%to 0.2%.
