生猪保险发展存在的问题及对策研究——以四川生猪调出大县为例

摘　　要：以四川省6个生猪调出大县的调研数据为基础,研究影响农户参与生猪保险的主要因素和相关对策。结果表明,影响农户参与生猪保险的主要因素包括农户年龄、养殖年限、教育水平、风险控制能力、对农业保险的认知以及参加养猪协会和合作社等。其中,农户年龄、养殖年限、养殖收入占比、参加养殖协会或合作社、对农业保险的认知和对补贴政策的了解会显著增加参保率;收入也对参保行为具有影响,但影响相对较弱;政府部门持续完善和推广农业保险政策以及合作社和养殖协会等农户互助组织会有助于提高农户的风险意识,提高农户的参保率。Based on the survey data of six major big pig transfer counties in Sichuan Province,the main factors affecting farmers’participation in pig insurance and relevant countermeasures were studied.The results showed that the main factors affecting farmers'participation in pig insurance were age,breeding years,education level,risk control ability,awareness of agricultural insurance cognition of agricultural insurance,and participation in pig associations and cooperatives.Among them,age,farming years,proportion of farming income,participation in farming associations or cooperatives,knowledge of agricultural insurance and understanding of subsidy policies will significantly increase the participation rate.Income also has an effect on insurance participation behavior,but the effect is weak.Government departments continue to improve and promote agricultural insurance policies and farmer mutual aid organizations such as cooperatives and breeding associations help to improve farmers’risk awareness and insurance participation behavior.
