摘　　要：利用相关的统计资料和研究文献,从粮食种植、粮食产量、粮食消费和区域分布着手,全面地总结和分析了江苏省粮食生产的现状、粮食供需平衡和有效供给的态势。从保障粮食数量安全、质量安全和资源利用角度,提出了江苏粮食有效供给的发展思路,最后,针对性地提出了提高粮食综合生产能力,推进农业科技革命、培育新型经营主体、加强农业生态保护和优化产业链管理的对策建议。Based on the statistical data and literature,the current situation of grain production,the balance of grain supply and demand and the situation of effective supply in Jiangsu Province were summarized and analyzed comprehensively from the perspectives of grain planting,grain output,grain consumption and regional distribution.From the perspective of ensuring grain quantity security,quality security and resource utilization,the developmental ideas of grain effective supply in Jiangsu were put forward.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the comprehensive grain production capacity,promote the revolution of agricultural science and technology,cultivate new business subjects,strengthen the protection of agricultural ecology and optimize the management of industrial chain.
