摘  要:目的:采用放线菌和真菌培养基对青海省柴旦木湖四份盐湖土壤进行研究。方法:青海大柴旦木湖四份盐湖土壤样本,用特定培养基进行微生物分离培养并借助电子显微镜获得菌株微观图像。对菌株代谢产物进行萃取和富集并在金黄色葡萄球菌模型评价抑菌活性。结果:分离得到25株真菌和13株放线菌。其中7株菌株的代谢产物对金黄色葡萄球菌具有不同程度的生长抑制活性。结论:本实验为深入研究青藏高原高原微生物资源和发掘特殊生境微生物来源的活性次级代谢产物奠定基础,也为微生物药物的开发和寻找新型结构的分子生物学元件提供可培养的实验菌株。Objective:To study four saline lake soils in Tarim Basin,Qinghai Province by the actinomycetes and fungi culture medium.Methods:Four saline-lake soil samples from Tarim Basin were isolated and cultured with specific medium,and the microscopic images of the strains were obtained with the help of electron microscope.The metabolites of the strain were extracted and enriched,and the antibacterial activity was evaluated in the Staphylococcus aureus model.Results:Total 25 fungi and 13 actinomycetes were isolated.The metabolites of 7 strains showed different degree growth inhibitory activities against Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion:This paper lays a foundation for the in-depth study of plateau microbial resources and the exploration of active secondary metabolites from microorganisms in special habitats.It also provides culturable experimental strains for the development of microbial drugs and the search for new structural molecular biological elements.
