摘 要:利用明胶、氧化海藻酸钠与羧甲基壳聚糖,制备一种包载携氧微球的自愈合水凝胶细胞载体,并对其微观结构、力学性能、细胞毒性、氧气释放效果等进行了表征和讨论。测试结果表明,该水凝胶具有可注射性,可以较好的封装细胞,并在封装体系内部实现氧气的缓释,是一种具有广阔研究前景的携氧治疗以及细胞载体水凝胶材料。A self-healing hydrogel cell carrier loaded with oxygen-carrying microspheres was prepared based on gelatin,oxidized sodium alginate and carboxymethyl chitosan.The microstructure,mechanical properties,cytotoxicity and oxygen release effect of hydrogel system were characterized and discussed.The results showed that the hydrogel was injectable with good biosafety,could encapsulate cells,and achieved slow release of oxygen inside the encapsulated system.The hydrogel was a promising material for oxygen-carrying therapy and cell carrier hydrogels.
