摘 要:餐厨废水高总氮(总氮≤700mg/L),属低碳氮比(C/N≤1)水质,传统脱氮需要调整碳氮比,大量投加有机碳源(甲醇、乙酸钠等)不仅造成了碳源的浪费运行费用极高,吨水运行费用高达数十元,而且加过量还会容易造成出水有机物超标。SODP创新自氧脱氮技术,无需外加碳源,在污水处理碳氮循环中引入无机硫、铁等电子供体循环,为硝态氮反硝化过程提供多相电子供体,可实现水中硝态氮深度去除的新型生物脱氮系统。本文以贵阳某餐厨垃圾处理厂的高总氮餐厨废水采用SODP自养脱氮工艺,在不加有机碳源脱氮处理中,对其氮素脱除进行深入研究,其中排水总氮去除率高达95%,硝态氮去除率高达99%。With high total nitrogen in kitchen wastewater,which is a kind of low C/N ratio (C/N≤1)wastewater.Traditional nitrogen removal needs to adjust the C/N ratio with organic carbon.Adding large amounts of organic carbon sources (methanol,sodium acetate,etc.) will lead to the high cost of waste operating.The technology named SODP is an innovation of autotrophic green nitrogen removal method.In this denitrification process,electron donor cycles such as inorganic sulfur and iron are introduced into the carbon and nitrogen cycle of wastewater treatment.In this paper,the high total nitrogen kitchen waste water from a kitchen waste treatment plant is treated by autotrophic denitrification process.In the denitrification treatment,the nitrogen removal rate is as high as 95%,and the nitrate nitrogen removal rate is as high as 99%.
