摘　　要：咪唑烷是用作高效低毒农药吡虫啉的重要中间体,作为烟碱类杀虫剂,吡虫啉具有毒性低、除虫效率高和环境污染小等优点。我公司咪唑烷生产的原料主要有硝基胍和乙二胺等,咪唑烷母液需经过离心过程来获得成品咪唑烷,但在离心过程中未能把其中的硫酸铵完全去除,需要通过清水冲洗离心料,这样又产生了含硫酸铵、咪唑烷的洗涤废水,本文对咪唑烷生产过程产生的洗涤废水回收咪唑烷进行了研究探讨。Imidazolidine is an important intermediate used as a high-efficiency and low-toxic pesticide imidacloprid.As a nicotinic insecticide,imidacloprid has the advantages of low toxicity,high insecticidal efficiency and low environmental pollution.The raw materials of imidazolidine produced by our company mainly include nitroguanidine and ethylenediamine,etc.The imidazolidine mother liquor needs to be centrifuged to obtain the finished imidazolidine,but the ammonium sulfate cannot be completely removed during the centrifugation process,and it needs to be rinsed with clean water centrifugal material,which produces washing wastewater containing ammonium sulfate and imidazolidine.This paper studies and discusses the recovery of imidazolidine from washing wastewater generated in the production process of imidazolidine.
