摘 要:稠油开发是目前渤海油田稳产增产的重要措施之一,而热采锅炉则是稠油开发的关键核心设备,立式锅炉体积小重量轻,通常作为海上热采锅炉的选择之一。本文分析了两个海上平台使用立式蒸汽锅炉所产生的问题以及相应原因分析和解决措施的案例,提出了海上立式蒸汽锅炉使用的优化建议,包括优化原油燃料脱水流程,通过掺柴油或者升温等措施改善燃料进机特性等,为后续立式蒸汽锅炉在海上的应用提供实践基础。Heavy oil development is one of the important measures to stabilize and increase production in Bohai Oilfield at present,and thermal recovery boiler is the key core equipment for heavy oil development.Vertical boiler is small in size and light in weight,which is usually one of the choices for offshore thermal recovery boiler.This paper analyzes the problems caused by the use of vertical steam boilers on two offshore platforms and the corresponding cause analysis and solution cases,and puts forward optimization suggestions for the use of offshore vertical steam boilers,including optimizing the crude oil fuel dehydration process,improving the fuel inlet characteristics through measures such as mixing diesel oil or temperature rise,etc.,which provides a practical basis for the subsequent application of vertical steam boilers on the sea.
