摘　　要：为了使谷物烘干塔提升能力,基于单片机AT89C52为核心设计了一套新型自动控制系统,采用多个DS18B20传感器采集塔内温度,利用LCD1602液晶显示屏显示塔内干燥段、缓苏段与冷却段的温度及温度上下限,并设有按键设置预设温度区间,温度处于正常储存区间时热风机与冷风机以恒定功率工作,当温度超出允许范围后冷、热风机做出相应的响应,实现了对塔内温度的自动控制,保证谷物干燥品质。In order to improve the capacity of grain drying tower,a new automatic control system is designed based on the single chip AT89C52 as the core.It adopts multiple DS18B20 sensors to collect the temperature in the tower,and LCD1602 LCD display is used to display the temperature and lower limit of drying section,tempering section and cooling section in the tower.The preset temperature range is set with keys.When the temperature is in the normal storage range,the hot fan and the cold fan work at constant power.When the temperature exceeds the allowable range,the cold fan and the hot fan make corresponding response,and realize the automatic control of the temperature in the tower,so as to guarantee grain’sdrying quality.
