摘　　要：4K超清视频业务的增加提高了对视频质量评估的需求,影响视频质量的主要因素是压缩技术和传输链路。对H.265压缩标准下4K视频质量进行评价,研究不同图像组(GOP)模式下视频质量与比特率的关系,对两个视频序列进行评估。实验表明,在相同的GOP模式下较高的比特率将有助于提高视频质量;随着GOP大小的增加,同时保持B帧的数量才能提高视频的质量。另外,压缩的有效性还取决于视频序列的内容和动态条件。The high-speed transmission business of video is changing rapidly,especially the ultra high-definition video over 4K.This trend increases the need for video quality assessment.The main factors affecting video quality are compression technology and transmission link.As the latest video coding standard,H.265 can meet the application requirements of 4K in video compression.In this paper,4K video quality under H.265 compression standard is evaluated,and the relationship between video quality and bit rate under different GOP modes is studied.The objective index is used to evaluate the two video sequences.Experiments show that higher bit rate will lead to higher video quality in the same GOP mode.In addition,with the increase of GOP size and the number of B frames,the quality of video can be improved.At the same time,the effectiveness of compression also depends on the content and dynamic conditions of the video sequence.
