摘　　要：针对当前高校实验室管理的相关要求,结合高分子化学教学实验室的实际情况,分析了实验室管理存在的问题。提出了采用6S管理法对实验室进行规范化整顿,从实验室的“物”,“事”和“人”三方面进行规范化管理工作的探索。实践表明,6S管理的实施能有效提高实验室的空间利用率和整体形象,消除实验室的安全隐患,增强师生的安全意识,提高实验室管理水平和实验教学效果。Referring to the characteristics of laboratory management in universities and combining the actual situation of polymer chemistry teaching laboratory,this paper analyzes the management problems in the laboratory and puts forward the 6S management method to carry out scientific and standardized management of the laboratory.This management mode mainly explores three points:objects,rules and people.The results showed that through the implementation of 6S management,the space utilization of the laboratory effectively is improved,the potential safety hazards of the laboratory is eliminated,the safety awareness of teachers and students is enhanced and the management level of the laboratory and the experimental teaching efficiency is improved.
