摘　　要：医学机能实验室是面向医学各专业本科生开展实验教学的重要场所,其安全管理能力是实验教学活动正常开展、师生生命安全和实验室财产安全的重要保障。经过多年的运行和实践,从多层级的安全管理制度、两维度的安全责任体系、多角度的安全预防机制、全方位的安全教育制度和具特色的安全运行能力建设5个方面,构建了高效的实验室安全管理模式。实践证明,在该模式的保障下,实验室运行良好,为医学机能实验教学提供了安全的教学环境。Medical functional laboratory is an important place for experimental teaching of medical undergraduates.The safety management ability is the magnitude guarantee for normal experimental teaching,life safety of teachers and students,and property safety of the laboratory.Based on years of operation and practice,an efficient laboratory safety management model has been developed.The model consists of five aspects,i.e.,multi-level safety management system construction,two-dimensional safety responsibility system construction,multi-angle safety prevention system construction,omni-directional safety education system construction,and characteristic safety operation ability construction.The practice has proved that this mode ensures the laboratory runs well,and provides a safety teaching environment for the medical function experiments teaching.
