独活寄生汤合五苓散配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症医案2则

摘　　要：《素问·脉要精微论》曰:“腰者,肾之府,转摇不能,肾将惫矣”。肾主骨,肝主筋。足少阴经属肾络膀胱,足太阳经属膀胱络肾,肾与膀胱相表里。《备急千金要方》曰:“治腰背痛,独活寄生汤。夫腰背痛者,皆犹肾气虚弱,卧冷湿地当风所得也”。独活寄生汤祛风湿、止痹痛、益肝肾、补气血。五苓散为汉代张仲景《伤寒论》中利水消肿的经典方剂,功用为利水渗湿、温阳化气。作者运用独活寄生汤合五苓散加减配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症20例,效果均可。Suwen·Maiyao Jingwei Lun says: “the waist is the house of the kidneys, and the kidneys will be exhausted when doesn’t tune”. Kidney governing bones and liver governing rib, foot shao yin belongs to a kidney bladder, foot tai yang belongs to a bladder kidney, kidney and bladder table. Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang says: “Duhuo Jisheng decoction can treat back pain. A man has back pain, is still weak kidney gas, lying cold wetland when the wind also”. Duhuo Jisheng decoction dispels wind dampness, stops pain, tonifys liver and kidney, supplements qi and blood. Wuling powder is a classic prescription used to reduce swelling by improving water in Zhang Zhongjing’s Shanghan Lun in the Han Dynasty, has the effect of warming yang qi. The authors in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Duhuo Jisheng decoction and Wuling powder combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for 20 cases has good effect.
