增液汤治疗阴虚型老年功能性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨增液汤加味治疗阴虚型老年功能性便秘的效果。方法 选取2017年6月—2019年6月北京中医药大学东直门医院门诊收治的阴虚型老年功能性便秘患者87例,随机分为2组,对照组应用乳果糖口服液治疗,治疗组应用增液汤加味治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果 治疗组临床疗效好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 治疗阴虚型老年功能性便秘,增液汤加味对患者效果较好,可改善通便效果,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of modified Zengye decoction on senile functional constipation of yin deficiency type. Methods 87 cases of senile functional constipation with yin deficiency type admitted to Dongzhimen Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid, and the treatment group was treated with Zengye decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Zengye decoction on senile functional constipation of yin deficiency type has better effect, can improve the effect of defecation, which should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
