养阴清热汤联合人性化干预治疗宫颈糜烂临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨养阴清热汤联合人性化干预治疗宫颈糜烂对患者心理状况及炎症程度的影响。方法选择80例2018年10月—2020年9月在江西省妇幼保健院接受医治的宫颈糜烂患者,按随机数字表法划分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组患者使用保妇康栓治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予养阴清热汤治疗,每2周为1个疗程,2组均连续治疗3个疗程。2组患者在治疗期间均进行人性化护理干预。比较2组患者治疗后的治疗效果,治疗前后心理状况及炎症程度。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的65.00%(26/40);治疗后2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平,SAS评分及SDS评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组较对照组降低(均P<0.05)。结论养阴清热汤联合人性化干预能显著改善宫颈糜烂患者的心理状况,控制炎症程度,缓解患者的临床症状,促进患者病情恢复,且治疗效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of Yangyin Qingre decoction combined with humanized intervention in the treatment of cervical erosion on psychological status and inflammation.Methods 80 patients with cervical erosion in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2018 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Baofukang suppository,and the observation group was treated with Yangyin Qingre decoction on the basis of the control group.Every two weeks was a course of treatment.The two groups were treated for three consecutive courses.Two groups of patients during the treatment were given humanistic nursing intervention.The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients after treatment,the psychological status and the degree of inflammation before and after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than 65.00%(26/40)of the control group.Serum IL-6 in the two groups after treatment,IL-8,TNF alpha level,SAS score and SDS score were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yangyin Qingre decoction combined with human intervention can significantly improve the psychological status of patients with cervical erosion,control the degree of inflammation,alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients,and promote the recovery of the patient’s condition,and the treatment effect is better.
